At Resilience Research Labs, customer satisfaction is our top priority, If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and store credit guidelines below. (read till the end)

***Please note that we do not accept returns specifically with Peptides due to their sensitivity to temperature and sunlight, we do not encourage any customer to return them.***

REFUNDS
We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To request a refund and be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

STORE CREDITS
We offer store credits upon request and order circumstances, credits will be added to the purchaser’s store account and are only eligible for Resilience Research Labs products. Store credit is available on eligible products and product conditions ONLY, proof may be required for the account to be credited.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NOTE: The following reasons for refunds are NOT valid.

Improper usage of research products ordered

Mishandled and damaged products due to improper storage.

Improper/mistaken shipping address listed by purchaser

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as half-used diluted products, diluted/aqueous mixed products, products in unsealed condition, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds OR store credit for on sale items or gift cards.

Conclusion
We will notify you once we’ve received and assessed your refund or store credit inquiry, and let you know if the refund/store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded/credited your amount to the original payment method or store account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time to the complete the refund/store credit process and for the amount to be credited.
