Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States ONLY. All orders are shipped domestically using USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure consistent and reliable delivery.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed withing 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does NOT include shipping transit time.
Which shipping carrier(s) do you use?
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS allows delivery to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. This ensures accurate pricing for each order.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $250 within the United States.
What shipping methods are available?
We currently offer standard shipping through USPS. Additional shipping options and carriers may be added in the future as out fulfillment capabilities expand.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information is emailed to the address provided at checkout. Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take time to appear after shipment confirmation.
Is my order shipped discreetly?
Yes. All ordered are shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging with no external product identifiers. Branded materials such as business cards, promotional inserts, or product information may be included INSIDE the package.
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Signature confirmation is OPTIONAL and may be selected by during checkout. This option may help ensure secure delivery for high-value orders.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Yes. Because we ship via USPS, we accept PO Box addresses and APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery times to military addresses may vary depending on location.
What happens if I enter an incorrect or incomplete address?
Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Resilience Research Labs is NOT responsible for delays, losses, or reshipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?
Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Replacement requests are considered ONLY AFTER a carrier investigation
