1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Resilience Research Labs LLC are:

For laboratory research and analytical purposes only
Not for human consumption
Not for animal consumption
Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or medical use
Not intended to treat, cure, prevent, or diagnose any disease

You expressly acknowledge that NONE of the products sold on this Website are approved by the FDA or any other regulatory authority for human or animal use.

2. Age Requirement

By purchasing from this Website, you certify that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals and peptides in your jurisdiction.

3. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy, purity, or suitability for any use

The Company makes no representations or guarantees regarding product results, outcomes, or effectiveness.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Company shall have no liability whatsoever
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the product, or $0, whichever is less

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Resilience Research Labs LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your violation of any law or regulation
Any breach of this Agreement

8. Compliance With Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to laws governing research chemicals, peptides, handling, storage, disposal, and transportation.

9. No Medical or Professional Advice

Nothing on this Website constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice. Any information provided is for educational and research purposes only and should not be relied upon for any other purpose.

10. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
